Shipping Policy

Generally, all orders are processed between 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and after receiving your order confirmation email. Please check individual product pages for  accurate processing and delivery details.You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Where do you deliver to?
At present, we deliver to UK and US only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.  Any orders received with PO Box delivery addresses will be cancelled and refunded.  If your item has to be reshipped due to the wrong address being given, postage will be incurred at the buyer's cost.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within the specified delivery timelines in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at our Contact Us page with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Alternatively, you can chat with us.

What happens if I haven't received my order?

Please ensure and double-check that you’ve added the correct address. If your item has to be reshipped due to the wrong address being given, postage will be incurred at the buyer's expense.
